50% deposit paid 45 days in advance. Balance Paid in full- due 48 hours in advance Cancellation Refund information. 100% refund 30 days in advance cancellation. 50% refund 2 weeks in advance notice. Anything less than 14 days all monies lost. Headcount confirmed 14 days in advance also confirm delivery times. Cash and Checks accepted by drop off or mail
